Peverell House is a large, detached, Victorian house offering 7 comfortable rooms, all with lovely views. We offer en-suite and standard rooms each with colour TV, radio alarm clock, and beverage tray. Large family rooms are available as is off-road parking (concealed for motorcycles). Breakfast is cooked to order from our breakfast menu.

We are situated in an ideal location, being just one mile from Dover Ferry port, the Hoverport and Dover Cruise Terminal. The Channel tunnel terminal at Cheriton is a 15 minute drive away.

Take a short walk into town, or up the hill to the castle. The entrance to Connaught park is just across the road. Walk across the White Cliffs of Dover which offer excellent views of the port and over the channel. On a clear day you can even see across the water to France. There are many good walks both over the cliffs and in the surrounding area, such as the famous North Downs Way, which begins in Dover.

Dover Priory train station is a mere ten minute walk from us and provides easy transport to attractions such as the City of Canterbury and old smuggling towns such as Sandwich (yes, thats where THE sandwich originated). The town of Deal is just ten miles away and offers two historic castles and the time ball museum.
